First, we will schedule in person site visit at your project location listen to your needs, requirements, and budget for your space.

Once the initial concept of your luxurious outdoor oasis is crafted, the next step is a pivotal moment in the journey of transformation, a collaborative review where your feedback becomes the cornerstone of our design refinement. We will invite you to a in person showroom visit or a live video conference call with you and do a screen share to walk through the design and make real time adjustment and discuss options and price.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is included in my contract?

Great question! Every design contract is unique. The contract will detail high level scope of the project and the construction print the lower-level construction elements. Each time that performs a phase of work will use the construction print as their guide

How do I know that my plans will be accepted by my Home Owners Association (HOA)?

After collecting all necessary engineering and related documents, we streamline the process by simultaneously assisting with the submission of both HOA applications and permit applications. This concurrent approach facilitates a seamless review process.

Does every design include a front and backyard or does that cost extra?

Not necessarily. Our design will cover the areas that you specify you need help with. Our cost is based on the areas we are designing; i.e. just designing your back yard is less costly than doing both the front and bac

Are there extra cost outside of the contract?

We aim to create a contract and scope of work that is as comprehensive as possible, ensuring transparency by listing any items not covered within the contract.

I live out of state, can we completed the design process remotely?

Absolutely! We are equipped to collaborate through Zoom, email, phone calls, and text messages

How much money do you require to get started and how does the payment draw schedule?

To initiate a residential project, a deposit ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 is required. This deposit is the sole payment made in advance of any specific action item. All following payments are directly linked to the completion of defined scopes of work. Given Florida’s transient nature and high incidence of fraud, we caution against companies demanding significant upfront payments before any work begins.
